Was the United States Justified?

United States Animated Flag

There are three things certain in life - death, taxes, and the fact that Bobby Fischer will never willingly return to the United States. Was the U.S. justified in demanding that Japan hand over Bobby Fischer? Did it really have more to do with Fischer's anti-American remarks following the 9/11 attacks on the WTC rather than the match he played in Yugoslavia that defied the U.S. embargo on that country?

Of course Bobby Fischer should be hounded by the government - they need to chase that dangerous man all over the world & make him pay for his treasonous crimes, & our allies should help us bring him to justice.

After all, when Jane Fonda went to Hanoi to praise our enemies didn't she get charged with treason ?
I lost a leg in Nam, & she was up there cutting us down & siding with our enemies.

Oh wait ... I guess she was allowed to come back & make movies, wasn't she.

Gee - maybe Bobby isn't so dangerous after all !!

It is surprizing that USA state is not folowing its own rules!

In Ex-Jugoslavia it was not forbidden to play chess for Americans! It is so simple!

Anyway, many Americans agree with Fischer concerning bad handling of the chessmaster.

Big words of Fischer should be calmed down!!!

The FBI should be firstly SUED for hounding the child prodigy genius and disclosing the files when there was not an iota of evidence. They are guilty of defamation of character. The legend should be hugely compensated by the US govt for this gaffe both in monetary terms and a public apology.
